925Lab LLC (operating as Miami Bitcoin NerdMiner and 925Lab) is a Florida-based, veteran-owned consumer electronics design and retail company. We design, build, and sell Bitcoin mining hardware, custom enclosures, and related accessories. We are not financial advisors, investment professionals, brokers, or licensed money transmitters, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as an offer of a financial product or service.

Solo Bitcoin mining is a low-probability, speculative activity with real ongoing electricity and operational costs. We make no representation, guarantee, or warranty that any device sold by us will locate a block, generate income, or produce any specific financial return. Outcomes depend on your hardware's hashrate, current global network difficulty, mining pool selection, Bitcoin's market price, your electricity costs, and statistical variance beyond our control. Past results referenced on this site (including confirmed block finds by other customers) are historical, verifiable on-chain events and are not a projection, promise, or guarantee of future results for you or any other user.

Product Warranty & Support
Our hardware is covered by the warranty terms stated on each individual product page and by our published Shipping and Refund policies, linked in the site footer. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from user modification, overclocking beyond documented safe parameters, improper power supply use, or normal wear.
Third-Party Pools, Wallets & Software
Our devices are compatible with third-party mining pools (such as public-pool.io, solo.ckpool.org, and ocean.xyz) and open-source firmware (such as AxeOS and NerdMiner) that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for the uptime, security, fee structure, or payout practices of any third-party pool or wallet provider. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Bitcoin wallet's private keys; lost keys or misdirected funds sent to an incorrect or exchange address cannot be recovered by us.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 925Lab LLC and Miami Bitcoin NerdMiner disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost mining rewards, electricity costs, or third-party service interruptions.
